Now serving as Operations Director and Head of Marketing at Mould Solve Ltd, he oversees all aspects of operations, marketing strategy, and AI-driven processes in the green chemical sector.

With a focus on sustainability, Matt is committed to advancing green chemistry initiatives.

Matt holds a First-Class Bachelor of Arts degree in Media, and his expertise bridges creative thinking with operational excellence.

Matt is deeply involved in AI adoption, ensuring that Mould Solve remains at the forefront of innovation and efficiency.

James has worked for well over 20 years maintaining old housing stock and historic buildings in his local city of Brighton and surrounding areas. Over the years common issues relating to damp, mould and moisture within buildings were raised by both tenants and landlord and James became more interested in how to fix these issues for good not just cover them up and hope they will go away!

Having seen first-hand how many damp proofing companies methods just weren’t successful this peaked his interest and as to how he could provide a long lasting solution at a fraction of the cost. James put together the following mantra: Find the source, fix the source.

James is a City and Guilds Dewpoint trained contractor in mould remediation and has also completed and passed the NICEIC domestic ventilation course.

“ With the dangers of mould becoming more well-known, increased coverage in the media and increased legal regulation, I knew I had something to offer. I’ve solved many a mould problem over the years and know that simply painting over the mould isn’t the fix. This is where the idea for Mould Solve came from, I knew I could do a better job!”
